The Last of Us Episode 3 included multiple songs that really complemented the storylines. Joel and Ellie continued to bond and I think tonight was the first time we saw Joel smile and laugh since the outbreak! It’s easy to love these characters. But even though it was action-packed and faster-paced, there was still a whole lot of emotion. The new episode was a shorter one than last week, and the tone was very different. It’s not going to be an easy trek for these two, but at least they’re finally getting along. HBO’s The Last of Us continued tonight with its fourth episode, “Please Hold to My Hand.” The video game adaptation put a focus back on Joel and Ellie this time around as they continued traveling toward Wyoming and faced a major hiccup along the way.
